This privacy policy applies to the mobile games and applications published by Aleksey Arkhipov (APX), including HotPop: Bubble Wrap, together with any related services (each an "Application"). Aleksey Arkhipov is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
The Application contains no advertising and no in-app purchases of personal data. The Service Provider does not sell or share personal information, and does not use it for cross-app or cross-site behavioural advertising.
The Application does not ask you to create an account and does not request your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. When you download and use the Application, the following information may be collected automatically:
This information is used for one purpose: to understand how the Application is played so that it can be improved and balanced.
Your records, progress, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider. Deleting the Application deletes them.
The Application may use Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google, as a data processor acting on the Service Provider's behalf. Firebase processes the events and identifiers described above. The Service Provider does not enable Google Analytics advertising features and does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA / Android Advertising ID), so no App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown.

Where the Application offers leaderboards or achievements, they are provided by Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. If you choose to sign in, your scores and your platform nickname are handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies; the Service Provider receives no personal data from these services.
The Application itself does not use cookies. Its analytics SDK may store identifiers on the device for the purposes described above. No tracking technologies are used for advertising.
The Application may share the device, usage, and diagnostic information described above with the analytics provider named in this policy. The Service Provider does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to data brokers.

Where the GDPR applies, the Service Provider relies on legitimate interests (understanding and improving the Application) for analytics, and on your consent where consent is required by applicable law. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

The Application is not directed to children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children and does not knowingly market the Application to them. The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.
