This privacy policy applies to the Nonogram Color: Picross app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Aleksey Arkhipov (collectively, the "Application"). Aleksey Arkhipov is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
The Application does not collect personal data. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics and no advertising SDKs, and it works fully offline. Everything you do in the Application stays on your device.
The Service Provider does not collect, transmit or store any personal information about you through the Application. The Application does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location or contacts, and it does not create a user profile.
The Application does not contain analytics, attribution, advertising or tracking SDKs, and it does not use cookies, pixels or advertising identifiers.
To let you continue a puzzle where you left off, the Application saves the following locally on your device, using the standard iOS storage provided by the operating system:
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the Service Provider. Deleting the Application removes it, which also permanently deletes your progress.

The Application does not share any information with other third parties, because it does not collect any.
Because the Service Provider holds no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, export or delete on the server side. You can delete all data the Application has created by deleting the Application from your device.
If you contact the Service Provider by email, your message and email address are used solely to answer you, and are deleted once the matter is resolved. To ask a question about this policy, or to request deletion of an email exchange, write to squier13@gmail.com.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Application is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under 13 years of age or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not solicit data from children and does not target advertising to them. If you have reason to believe that a child has sent personally identifiable information to the Service Provider, please write to squier13@gmail.com so that it can be deleted.
Data created by the Application is stored in the application container on your device and is protected by the security features of iOS, including device passcode and file encryption. The Service Provider operates no servers that store user data for the Application.
The Application does not transmit personal data, so no international transfer of personal data takes place. Email correspondence sent to the Service Provider is handled by the Service Provider's email provider and may be processed outside your country of residence.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if a future version of the Application introduces advertising or optional online features. Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date before the corresponding version of the Application is released.
